Since Judy’s book arrived here in San Jose, so many fun and wonderful things have been happening. As you’ll have read, we have had a number of book events where we met many new people and made wonderful new friends. It’s beginning to feel like a community of people from all over the world, people who have the same challenges that Judy and I have.
Of course, as a brand new author, Judy is also very excited at all the great feedback she is getting about her book. However, today was a very special day in that area. As a publisher I know which reviews are the very, very special ones, the ones that can really get a book out into the wider world. Today Publishers Weekly, one of those special reviewers, published a great review for Torn Apart. Even Thierry, our brave and stalwart publisher at Findhorn Press, allowed himself to become a little excited!
We are all sooooo proud of Judy. A day never passes that doesn’t bring us more phone calls, tweets and facebook messages letting us know how grateful everyone is that Judy has written this amazing book. I just sit there and glow in the reflected glory, and smile.
